Bold Moose is a consulting and solutions company. People bring us problems in their business, their lab or their operations. We find the solution, put it to work, and make the problem go away.

Most firms either advise or build. We do both, so the plan and the product come from the same place and nothing is lost between a strategy deck and the people doing the work.

How an engagement runs.

Four steps. You do not pay up front for a promise. You pay once the solution is working for you.

    We sit down with you, pin down what is actually going wrong, and write down what solved looks like.

    We work out the right fix and test the riskiest part first, so you never pay for a guess.

    We build it and put it to work in your business, your lab or your shop, on your real data.

    Try it, then pay

    You use it in your real work before you pay. If it earns its place, you keep it. If it does not, we take it out.

Trial length and what happens to any parts bought for your project are agreed in writing before work starts.

What you own once you keep it.

The source code, in your own repository, with the history intact.

The data, in your own database, exportable at any time.

No licence fee and no lock-in. Support continues only if you want it.
