Practice 01/AI Integration

For owners and teams buried in email, paperwork and follow-up

Hand the repetitive work to AI. Keep the final say.

We build AI assistants that read, sort, draft and report inside the tools you already use. Nothing goes out without your approval, and you try it on your own work before you pay.

Examples

Problems we make go away.

  • A person typing to an AI assistant on a phone.
    Illustrative photograph

    Email and enquiry assistant

Reads incoming email, drafts the reply in your voice, and waits for your approve button.

  • A finger pointing at a line on an invoice held on a clipboard.
    Illustrative photograph

    Document extraction

Reads invoices, forms and reports, pulls out the fields, checks the arithmetic and flags anything odd for a person.

  • An orange neon AI sign mounted on a dark circuit board.
    Illustrative photograph

    Operations assistant

A team of AI agents that research, draft, schedule and send a morning report, with a watchdog and one switch that pauses them all.

  • Stacks of paper and notebooks on a desk in a dim office.

    Research assistant

A reading pipeline that quotes its source for every claim and writes NOT STATED rather than guess.

How it works. You try it before you pay.

  1. 01

    Define the problem

We sit down with you, pin down what is actually going wrong, and write down what solved looks like.

  2. 02

    Find the solution

We work out the right fix and test the riskiest part first, so you never pay for a guess.

  3. 03

    Deploy it

We build it and put it to work in your business, your lab or your shop, on your real data.

  4. 04

    Try it, then pay

You use it in your real work before you pay. If it earns its place, you keep it. If it does not, we take it out.

Trial length and what happens to any parts bought for your project are agreed in writing before work starts.

Whatever we build, you get this.

  • A running system, not a prototype, with the prompts and the logic in plain files
  • A human approval step wherever the cost of being wrong is real
  • Logs you can audit, so you can see what it did and why
  • A written handover, so the system survives us leaving
